Companies reminded of annual validation deadline

Companies, charities and non-profit organisations in Guernsey are being reminded to file an annual validation by the end of February.

The States of Guernsey said those failing to file a validation on time would be liable to a civil penalty.

It said the validations - designed to capture the details of a company - should be filed using the Guernsey Registry online portal.

Drop-in sessions are being held to assist companies with the validations.
