Trump lashes out at Spain, says he is 'going to cut off all trade'
US President Donald Trump said Spain was "very uncooperative" and acted like a "terrible" ally after it declined to allow US forces to use Spanish bases for strikes on Iran.
He said the US is "going to cut off all trade" and directed Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to "cut off all dealings" with the country. Trumps comments came during a White House press conference with both Trump and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
