Video shows moment US immigration agent fatally shoots woman

A woman in a car was shot and killed by a US immigration officer on a residential street in Minnesota.

Video shared on social media showed the moment the shooting happened.

Chief Brian O'Hara, of the Minneapolis Police Department, later described the scene in a press conference following the incident.
