Singing sessions improve people's lung health

Hundreds of people who have joined singing sessions have improved their lung health and overall wellbeing, a report has found.

Organised by Sounds Better CIC, the Sing and Breathe project sessions take place across Wiltshire weekly.

Liv McLennan, director of Sounds Better CIC, said the report had revealed huge benefits for attendees, with some people able to be more active with their grandchildren.
