In Havana, Cuba, residents are nearing a breaking point as a worsening fuel shortage disrupts daily life, making it increasingly difficult to cook and secure gasoline.
Cubans are squeezing all the country's oil supplies, a situation the government has attributed to the US efforts to block oil supplies entering the country. President Miguel Díaz Canel has warned that the measure would take a heavy toll on the Caribbean nation, compounding existing economic hardships.
