Councillor says fly-tipping is 'blight' on country

A councillor has described fly-tipping as a "blight" on the country after noticing a sharp rise in rubbish being dumped in Bromsgrove.

Bromsgrove District Councillor Peter Whittaker said that council tax could rise if resources were being used to clear up fly-tipping in the town.
