'I'm not cutting my beard until we get a penalty'

It has been 643 long days since Oxford United were last awarded a penalty - leading one fan to take on a novel fundraiser.

Gary Hudson, who is better known as Fred Big-Ox, has said he will not be shaving until his beloved Yellows are awarded a spot kick - a challenge that began around Christmas after the club passed 600 days without one.

Hudson is using the stunt to raise money for The Joey Beauchamp Foundation - a mental health charity formed in honour of one of the club's greatest ever players.
