Dog genius recognises hundreds of words and objects

A border collie from Berkshire has been declared a "dog genius" for its ability to recognise and retrieve the correct toy from more than 200.

Seven-year-old Harvey has played the game with his owner Irene since he was a puppy.

Research by the University of Portsmouth has identified just 11 dogs in the world with the capacity to learn hundreds of words and associated objects.
