Timelapse captures Northern Lights display
A rare display of the Northern Lights was captured in North Lincolnshire on Tuesday night.
The footage, filmed by Adam Sanderson, shows the aurora over Broughton, near Scunthorpe.
It follows a large solar eruption on the Sun earlier this week - known as a Coronal Mass Ejection.
This latest solar storm has now weakened, according to the Met Office, but with solar activity generally remaining active there should be more opportunities to see the aurora in the coming months.
