Three Rotherham men arrested sex abuse inquiry
Three men have been arrested by officers investigating historical sexual abuse.
The men, aged 37, 41 and 46, from Rotherham, were held on suspicion of indecent assault and gross indecency with a child under 16.
The National Crime Agency (NCA) said the offences were alleged to have been committed against two girls in Rotherham and Manchester.
The men have been released under investigation.
The arrests are part of Operation Stovewood, the NCA's investigation into sexual abuse in Rotherham between 1997 and 2013.
In total 38 people have been arrested and 18 have been charged.
In November three men were jailed as a result of the investigation after a jury found them guilty of 15 counts of indecent assault on a teenage girl.
