Cornish students battle in Lego robot challenge
BBCMore than 600 wannabe engineers are taking part in the regional finals of a Lego-building challenge, to create their own robots.
Over two days, 38 teams are showcasing their skills in the First Lego League event at RNAS Culdrose, Cornwall.
The participants range from primary to secondary school students.
They have designed, built, and controlled their Lego robots to tackle a series of tasks, with the overall winner announced later on Thursday.

"They've worked really hard since September to build their Lego robots," said event manager Lt Cdr Helen Forster.
"It's all about teaching them real-life skills really, and it's in hangar so they're seeing aviation at its best."
Penpol Primary, which ranked fourth in last year's World Championships in the US, has returned to the competition, which is being held in Hangar B2.
