Man in critical condition after 'disorder' in Stourbridge

A man is in hospital in a critical condition following what police describe as "disorder" in Stourbridge.

The 23-year-old sustained serious head injuries during the incident which happened at about 01:30 GMT on Saturday on Vauxhall Road.

A 39-year-old man also needed hospital treatment after being shot in the arm. He is in a stable condition.

Three men and a woman arrested on suspicion of wounding on Saturday have since been released.

Police have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
