The candidates vying to be the next London mayor
BBCThe campaign to become the next London mayor is well under way, with parties announcing their chosen candidates.
Thirteen candidates are standing for the office of mayor of London for the next four years.
Scheduled for 2 May, the vote will also see members elected to the London Assembly.
Although mayoral elections normally take place every four years, the previous one, in 2021, was delayed by a year due to the pandemic.
The candidates who are standing are listed in alphabetical order and you can find a summary of each of their key pledges on policing, transport, housing, culture and cost-of-living below.
