Corran Ferry car services resume following three days of disruption
Getty ImagesCar ferry services have resumed on a Highland Council-run route after three days of disruption.
The five-minute Corran Ferry crossing of Loch Linnhe links the wider Lochaber area with communities in the Ardgour peninsula in the west.
A passenger-only service was introduced on Tuesday after a steering fault on the ferry MV Maid of Glencoul.
Highland Council said the boat had returned to the route following repairs. The service's main vessel, MV Corran, remains in dry dock for its annual service.
