Woman in her 80s dies after car crash

A woman aged in her 80s has died after a car crash.

A blue Volkswagen Polo and a grey Mercedes GLC collided just before 12:00 BST in Frogge Street, Ickleton, on Sunday.

The Polo driver - a woman from Duxford - was pronounced dead at the scene and a man, woman and a girl in the Mercedes suffered minor injuries.

Cambridgeshire Police appealed for more information and dashcam footage from anyone who may have witnessed the collision.
