Man arrested after fatal four-vehicle crash
BBCA man has been arrested after a fatal four-vehicle crash.
Hertfordshire Police said two people died in a collision that involved a black Vauxhall Astra, a silver Mercedes Vito, a silver Toyota Yaris and a black Hyundai i30 at Shenleybury, at about 20:15 GMT on Sunday.
The drivers of the Astra and Yaris both died at the scene, which is between Shenley and London Colney.
Police added that the 27-year-old Hyundai driver has been bailed after he was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, driving whilst over the prescribed limit for drugs and failing to stop.
Det Sgt Ben Heath said: "Firstly, my thoughts are with the loved ones of the two men who have lost their lives in this collision. We have specially trained officers supporting them".
The force appealed for witnesses or those with dashcam footage to get in touch.
