A52 to close for five nights due to roadworks

Sections of the A52 are set to close for five nights as part of work to upgrade the road.

National Highways workers will carry out resurfacing and lighting upgrades on the stretch of the A52, named Brian Clough Way, between Bardills Roundabout and Bramcote Island from Monday.

Both eastbound lanes will close between 20:00 and 06:00 BST from Monday and lane two of the westbound carriageway will also close at the same time.

Motorists are being advised to follow signed diversions.
