The owner of a Lancashire car wash business has been banned from being a director after employing three illegal workers who did not have the right to work in the UK.

Burnley Hand Car Wash Ltd in Manchester Road, Burnley was fined £120,000 after the workers were employed between 1 July and 30 September 2024.

The fine was due by 7 August 2024 but it was not paid.

Rizgar Ahmed Abdulaziz, 59, of of Walpole Road in Huddersfield, was therefore banned from holding a directorship for seven years.
