Two homes have been shut for three months after anti-social behaviour was reported to police.

The properties on Harvey Street in Torpoint, Cornwall, were served closure orders, said Devon and Cornwall Police.

The force said it followed reports of loud noise throughout the night and suspected drug dealing and use.

A further full closure order at one of the addresses means it will now be illegal for the tenant to enter, said police.

Insp Jamie Musgrove said: "This result was made possible because of the reports we received from the community.

"Thank you to everyone who came forward with information - we're listening and taking action."

Both orders will be in place for three months, said police.
