Police not seeking suspects after body found in attempted murder case
PSNIA man whose body was found in County Down on Saturday has been named as 54-year-old Jonathan Baker.
Police found Mr Baker's body while investigating the attempted murder of two people in Bangor on 24 December. He had been named as a suspect in the case.
The incident happened after a man, armed with a knife and a hammer, entered a house on Chippendale Avenue at about 15:30 GMT.
A man aged in his 20s and a woman aged in her 50s both received serious injuries and have since been discharged following hospital treatment.

Police have said they are not seeking anyone else in connection with the investigation into the attempted murders.
Councillor Wesley Irvine said it was a "very rare" incident in the area.
"This is a quiet residential area. It's an established area with different age ranges," he said.
"In terms of anybody that has any doorbell footage or dashcam footage that would be of assistance to the police – I would urge them to bring that information forward."
