The plans for the little chapel development would see new pathways made and toilets added

New toilets, a gazebo, as well as signs and railings are among plans for the development of the Little Chapel in Guernsey.

The plans for changes to the religious tourist attraction also include light panels along the walkways and new small benches.

A consultation period is under way and will end on 6 February.

On its website, the Little Chapel charity says a full restoration would cost approximately £500,000 along with plans for the woodland garden, information area, car park and wheelchair-friendly pathways.

Under the new plans, the paths leading to the chapel would be resurfaced to make them more accessible.

More information can be found on the States' live planning applications page.
