Free online parenting support for families
BBCFree online parenting support has been made available to families across Worcestershire.
Togetherness is designed to support family life and emotional wellbeing and allows parents and carers to learn more about their child's feelings as well as their own, said the county council.
"Parenting doesn't come with a handbook, and every family faces challenges at different times," said councillor Satinder Bell, cabinet member for health and wellbeing.
Topics covered on the self-guided courses range from understanding pregnancy and labour, through to child behaviour, adolescence for both teenagers and parents as well as adult emotional health.
"Togetherness offers practical, trustworthy support for families. I would strongly encourage parents and carers across Worcestershire to make use of this free resource," said Bell.
Residents can access the courses via togetherness.co.uk using the code PARENTSROCK.
For those who prefer face-to-face support, family hubs offer a range of parenting courses and services, added the council.
