Takeaway gutted in early morning blaze
BBCA popular takeaway in the west end of Glasgow had been gutted by a fire in the early hours of the morning.
Firefighters worked through the night to tackle the blaze at BBQ Wrap Salad on Hyndland Street in Partick after they were called at 01:46.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said four appliances and one height vehicle were sent to the incident on the ground floor of the four-storey tenement building.
Crews left the scene at about 03:50 and there have been no reports of any injuries or casualties.
