Blenheim Palace has announced Alanis Morissette as the sixth headliner of its new summer music festival.

The Canadian singer of hits such as You Oughta Know, Hand In My Pocket and Ironic will perform on Sunday 28 June with special guests Skunk Anansie.

Taking place over five days in June and July, the shows will also feature Michael Bublé, Neil Young, Katy Perry, Teddy Swims and Pete Tong on the stately home grounds in Oxfordshire.

It replaces the previous festival at the site, Nocturne Live Oxfordshire, which revealed earlier this year it would no longer be staging its outdoor music shows at the palace after a decade.
