Police have launched a manhunt after a teenage boy was sexually assaulted in a West Midlands park.

The victim was attacked at Brunswick Park in Wednesbury between 18:00 and 19:30 GMT on 7 February, West Midlands Police said.

The suspect has been described as a man aged 18 to 21 years old, between 5ft 11ins (1.80m) and 6ft (1.82m) tall.

He was wearing a black balaclava and beige-coloured Essentials hooded top when the attack took place, a force spokesperson added.

They said officers had been patrolling the area and urged people who might have seen a man matching the description at the time of the attack to get in touch.
