Woman 'critically injured' in collision
West Midlands Ambulance ServiceTwo women have been injured, one critically, in a three-vehicle crash.
It happened at Hadley Lane near Ombersley, Worcestershire, with ambulance crews called to the scene at 12:40 GMT on Wednesday.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: "Crews arrived to find the driver of one car, a woman, in a critical condition.
"The team of medics worked quickly to administer advanced trauma care to her before she was conveyed on blue lights and sirens to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham for further emergency care."
She added: "The driver of a second car, a woman, and a young child were also assessed by ambulance staff.
"The woman was given treatment for injuries not thought to be serious.
"The child was uninjured, but both patients were conveyed to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further checks."
