Arrests made after two burglaries in Guernsey

Investigations are being carried out after two separate burglaries on Sunday morning.

Guernsey Police said two men were arrested in relation to the first burglary at 01:00 GMT at L'Aumone Pharmacy. It said a number of prescription medications were believed to be stolen.

The second incident took place at about 03:30 at Cobo Garage, where someone was believed to have entered the service station and taken vapes and cigarettes, police said.

Officers said inquiries were ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Criminal Investigation Department.
