Watch: 'Washing is challenging without water'

Some people have been told they may be without water until at least Tuesday

Thousands of people in Kent are starting the working week without water or irregular supplies following a weekend of disruption, with a major incident being declared.

South East Water said a number of issues were to blame, including Storm Goretti and a power cut at its pumping plant.

It said people were still affected in areas such as Tunbridge Wells and Headcorn.

Collection points for bottled water have been set up and some customers have been told their supply may not return until at least Tuesday.
