Evri scam warning issued by police

The States of Jersey Police has issued a warning about a delivery scam which has been targeting islanders.

A spokesperson for the force said the scam had seen fraudsters pose as the delivery service Evri in a bid to get personal information from islanders.

Victims have then received a message about a parcel, including a link which officers said should not be clicked on.

A force spokesperson said giveaways to look out for could include errors in word spacing and grammar.
