Animator creates new video for George Michael hit
BBCGuernsey animator Adam Le Gallez has created a new animation for George Michael's song Careless Whisper.
Le Gallez said he was approached by Michael's team to animate a lyric video for the re-release of the song.
He completed the project in about 30 hours, and said he aimed to recreate the original music video in an anime style, a trend popular on TikTok.
"They were really good to work with, and really happy with my style and stuff, which was great, to be honest," he said.
Adam Le GallezLe Gallez was also asked to animate a video for the re-release of Wham's Last Christmas.
His portfolio includes collaborations with artists like Cat Burns and online personalities such as Jay Shetty.
"Animation was a hobby as a boy, and I just sort of carried it on throughout school," said Le Gallez
"And luckily, I've made a few good contacts and kept it going."
