Tributes to 'fiercely loyal' man killed in crash
Lincolnshire PoliceA grieving family has described a 28-year-old man who died in a car crash near Boston as "funny, sensitive and supportive".
Ryan Featherstone suffered fatal injuries when his car hit a tree on Hale Lane heading towards Frithville, at the B1183 junction between Trader Bank and Staunt Road.
"He was the type of guy who would go out of his way for the people he loved and cared about and everyone who met him instantly loved him," his family said.
Mr Featherstone was the sole occupant of the grey BYD Seal car at the time of the crash which happened on Sunday just before 13:00 GMT.
The family said Mr Featherstone had a "big personality" and "lit up every room he walked into".
""He was a fiercely loyal friend and was the one you'd turn to for support if you needed it. His generosity, not just with his things, but his time, is one of the things we'll miss most about him," they added.
"Although he's [Mr Featherstone] gone, it brings us some comfort to know that he's made such an impact and touched so many people's lives.
"The legacy he leaves behind is one of kindness, love and support. Ryan will forever be sorely missed by our family and all those who knew him."
