Plans to build 28 homes on the site of a commercial building have been approved.

The homes will be built at the old Best Complex on Ruettes Brayes, in St Peter Port, Guernsey, which currently contains a flooring business and a beauty shop.

The 28 properties will be a mix of one and two bed homes with parking spaces and bike stores.

Redevelopment of the site is expected to start early in 2026.
