Man charged after 'knife incident' in Aberdeen

A 55-year-old man has been arrested charged after police were called to reports of a knife incident at an Aberdeen shopping centre.

The incident happened at Union Square on Sunday afternoon.

Police Scotland said officers responded to a man allegedly being seen in possession of a knife at about 14:20.

The man was later released pending further inquiries.
