Passengers evacuated from plane after emergency landing
PA MediaPassengers were evacuated from an Aer Lingus plane at Manchester Airport after it had to make an emergency landing.
The airline said flight EI030 from Barbados to Manchester had a "technical issue" on Monday morning.
An airline spokesperson said the "aircraft was met by emergency services as a precaution and passengers have safely disembarked", just before 08:00 GMT.
The flight had left Bridgetown, Barbados, just before 19:30 GMT on Sunday.
