Roundabout to close overnight for a week of roadworks

A roundabout is to close overnight for almost a week as part of road resurfacing works.

The A454 Royal Oak roundabout at Hilton, near Claverley in Shropshire, is to be resurfaced between 16 and 21 February.

Shropshire Council said during the works the roundabout and all approaches will be closed from 20:00 GMT until 06:00.

A signed diversion will be in place, with access to properties maintained for residents and businesses living within the closure and emergency vehicles.
