A man has been arrested after a cannabis factory was found in an old High Street bank.

Wiltshire Police said officers carried out a warrant at the old Barclays Bank on Fore Street, Trowbridge, at 15:30 GMT on Saturday.

A "large quantity" of cannabis plants were recovered from the property and a cordon remains in place while police continue their investigations.

A 48-year-old man remains in custody after being arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the cultivation and supply of cannabis.
