PA MediaA police officer has been charged with assaulting a woman while dealing with a domestic dispute.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said Calum Brand, from West Midlands Police had been called to an address in Halesowen on 16 June, to detain a man wanted on a warrant.
