A man has denied murder after a fatal stabbing in an accommodation block in Norwich.

Benjamin Katabana, 28, of Somerleyton Street, appeared at Norwich Crown Court today following the incident last year.

Ucheena Okirie, known as "Uche", 33, was found with a knife wound at Somerleyton House on November 22.

Katabana was remanded in custody. His trial is due to take place in May.

The court heard that a post-mortem examination found the cause of death to be a stab wound to the chest.
