Detectives have released photos following an acid attack

Detectives have released pictures of two men they are looking for after a man was left with life-changing injuries following an acid attack.

Police said another man had been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.

Officers were called to Crawley station in West Sussex just after 23:20 GMT on Saturday where they found the victim, in his 30s.

He was taken to hospital and has since been released.

British Transport Police said the man had been approached and attacked by three men – one of whom threw a corrosive substance at him – before he was chased by the group and fell over.

He was then kicked before the men made off.

Det Con Billy Burstow said officers had conducted "extensive" inquiries and urged anyone who recognised the pictured men to call them.
