Three men have appeared in court charged with murder after a man was found dead at a property in Grantham.

Lincolnshire Police said Ian Jackson-Wynch, 55, died after being found with serious injuries on Greyfriars on 26 January.

Carl Copus, 55, Billy Mitchell, 43, and Sean Page, 36, appeared via video link at Lincoln Crown Court.

All three have also been charged with fraud and robbery.

Mitchell and Page have additionally been charged with carrying an offensive weapon.

No pleas were entered and the case was adjourned for a further hearing at Lincoln Crown Court on 16 March.

Copus, of Greyfriars, Grantham, Mitchell, of no fixed address, and Page, of Tamar Court, Grantham, were remanded into custody until their next court appearance.
