Man summonsed over fatal crash near Spalding

A man has been summonsed to court over a crash that killed a woman in Lincolnshire.

Officers said the 28-year-old died following a crash on the A16 at Cowbit, a village near Spalding, on 30 August 2024.

Mantas Kudrevicius, 32, of Victoria Street, Quorn, Leicestershire, is accused of causing death by dangerous driving.

Mr Kudrevicius will appear at Boston Magistrates' Court on 7 January, Lincolnshire Police said.

Lincolnshire Police

Nigel Brasier, 56, was diagnosed with the disease in 2013.

Police say while identification is yet to take place, the body is thought to be Connor Calleja.

Danny Lodge and Leanne Thornton admitted charges relating to an attack in Spalding in June 2025.

The committee said the decision was due to financial pressures and illness.

Lincolnshire Police says it is growing "increasingly concerned" for the 20-year-old's welfare.
