A woman has been injured in an overnight house fire in Todmorden.

Crews were called to an end-of-terrace house on Anchor Street in the town shortly after midnight.

West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said the blaze affected the second floor of the property, though the cause of the fire has not been confirmed.

A spokesperson said a woman suffered burns to her feet and was left in the care of paramedics.
