The A38 West Huntspill has reopened after a tractor overturned earlier

A main road has reopened after a tractor crashed into a wall and its trailer overturned.

Police were called to the A38 Main Road in West Huntspill, Somerset, at about 14:40 GMT to a report of an incident involving a tractor.

An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said: "A tractor's trailer has overturned and shed its load across the road, and the tractor has collided with a wall.

The road was closed between the junctions with Withy Road and Church Road earlier and has now reopened.
