Police hunt for three people after 'knifepoint robbery'

Three people - one of them possibly armed with a knife - robbed a man in an Inverness street on Sunday morning, say police.

Officers were called to Tomnahurich Street at about 02:10.

Police said the 28-year-old man was robbed near a Tesco, with the suspects described as wearing dark clothing and having their faces covered.

Detectives have appealed for witnesses and any CCTV, dashcam and doorbell camera footage from around the time of the incident.
