Shots fired on residential street

The shooting was reported on Templemore Street

Police are investigating reports that shots were fired in a residential street in east Belfast.

It happened in Templemore Street at about 00:30 BST on Monday.

The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said there have been no reports of injuries or damage to property as a result of the incident.

They have appealed for witnesses or anyone who recorded camera footage of the area at the time to contact them.
