Two people have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a man was killed in a two-car crash in Manchester.

The man, aged in his 50s, was killed in the crash just after 04:30 GMT on Kingsway in Burnage.

He was pronounced dead at the scene and his family have been notified of his death, Greater Manchester Police said.

Two men, in their 20s, have been arrested and were continuing to be questioned.
