LDRSA council-owned car park has been sold at auction for less than half its original guide price.
Bradford Council listed the site in Colne Road, in Oakworth, for £48,000 in June 2025, before re-listing it at £35,000 in October.
The six-space, 5,575-sq-ft (518-sq-m) car park eventually sold in an online auction on Wednesday for £17,500.
The site is one of dozens of assets the council is selling as it looks to balance its books.
The identity of the buyer has not yet been disclosed, but the plot of land is restricted to parking use for a five year period after it is sold, according to the Local Democracy Reporting Service.
