Delays on M11 and M25 due to overturned lorry

An overturned lorry on a slip road of the M25 in Essex has led to disruption.

One lane of the exit slip road on the M25 was closed at junction 27 for the M11 northbound, after the incident happened at about 08:00 BST.

There were reports of queuing traffic on the M25 for about three miles. It also affected traffic on the M11 at junction 7 for Harlow.

After clean-up work was carried out, the road was reopened at about 16:50 with no significant delays, National Highways said.
