Man killed in car crash named by family

A man who died after a car he was in hit a tree in East Yorkshire earlier has been named by his family.

Humberside Police said the blue Ford left the B1230 near Gilberdyke at about 03:20 GMT.

Sid Sefton, 23, died from his injuries in hospital and his family was being supported by officers, the force said.

Witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage of the incident is asked to contact police.
