Crews leave scene after extinguishing fire
Eddie MitchellFire crews have left an area of Brighton after extinguishing a blaze which broke out on Saturday morning.
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service asked people to avoid the Bonchurch Road area and keep windows and doors closed, after the blaze broke out at approximately 11:30 GMT.
Five fire engines were initially sent to the scene in the north of the city but were stood down to two at 13:00.
No injuries were reported and all people were accounted for, the fire service said.
The service said the blaze was being treated as accidental and the incident has now been handed over to the occupier of the property.
A reinspection was due take place later.
Water supplier Southern Water earlier warned people living in the area could experience issues as the firefighters had to use "a number of hydrants" but said supplies should have returned to normal by the evening.
